Shipping policy

We request 2-4 weeks for shipping.  We ship as soon as possible, but due to supply chain issues and shipping setbacks, there may be delays. 

Shipping times are calculated based on business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays.  If you haven’t received your item(s) within four weeks of ordering, please contact support@emeraldllama.com.
